An experienced Chief Operating Officer in both the public and private sector, Michelle is skilled in Leadership development, Non-for-profit organisations, coaching, organisational development, project management and innovative delivery of NDIS supports and services. Passionate about the advancement of women into executive roles, Michelle aids opportunities for women who have leadership aspirations, through coaching and mentoring. Working with various government departments to support community advancement Michelle is also a qualified Marriage Celebrant and Justice of the Peace (WA).

Maggie Greening | Senior Developer and Facilitator

Maggie is responsible for the development and implementation of change management training at Fortis Consutling. With 10+ years of experience in developing and delivering cultural diversity training for the services sector in New Zealand and Australia, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Sonia Starr | Business Development Consultant

Sonia Starr is a passionate business professional with over twenty years of experience across several industries. Having recently worked in Europe as a language consultant for corporate multi-nationals as well as educational institutions, Sonia has front line, first-hand knowledge and exposure to the key elements of organisational culture in practice, along with vital life skills. Whilst some of her past project successes include:  A State-wide Mobile Device roll out and IT Tender Review & Transition (Water Corporation), Sonia knows what it means for organisations to be able to support their people ‘to bring their whole selves to work’.  Sonia’s vision as a Business Development Manager is to share her experiences and knowledge to help make your organisation a great place to work and develop.
