On Monday the 1st of May, Fortis National Director Mary Gurgone and John Carlson will be presenting: Creating the Culture That Creates the Brand that Drives Conversion Referral and Repeat Business Rates (Branding & Culture).

The presentation will take place over lunch at The Western Australia Club and will discuss how your business can build a culture and a brand that can work together, not just to boost conversion, referral and business rates – but also to drive up margins, reduce staff turnover, reduce marketing costs and increase return on investment.
